Float tanks are an Inner-Space Technology
Until you take the plunge, no amount of information is going to adequately convey the float experience, but we can provide you with an overview of your initial experience here at Escape Your Body Float Center.
If it’s your first time we ask that you come fifteen minutes early so we can give you an orientation and go over some tips and pointers to make your introduction to float therapy as seamless and productive as possible. This will also give you a chance to ask us any questions you may have.
We will then usher you into your private room and show you a couple features of the float tank you’ll need to be aware of. Once we leave the first thing you’ll do is put in your silicon earplugs and hop into the shower for a quick rinse off.
At this point your’re ready to enter the float tank!
Once inside you’ll lay back and get comfortable and then drift away into silent bliss.
Your session will begin with ten minutes of soft music which fades out into silence. Once you get centered and find the most comfortable position you’ll tap the black button with the light bulb icon and be transported to your own little inner-space oasis.
You’ll begin to become aware of your breath and your heart beat. Soon all the muscles begin to let go.Your back releases and the tension begins to melt away.
Even your perception of time fades as you become aware of the silent present moment.
The slow fade in of music signals the end of your session.
You will slowly make your way out of the tank feeling refreshed, light, and clear.
